The Attorney

Michael A. Elliott is an Arizona and Navajo Nation attorney based in Flagstaff. He focuses on debt relief, consumer protection, bankruptcy, foreclosure prevention, financial fraud, and housing stability for Native, rural, older, veteran, and working clients.

Before turning his practice toward legal aid and community-based advocacy, Michael spent 12 years in law-firm and in-house counsel roles, including as Legal Director and Associate General Counsel at Cvent, Inc. From 2020 to 2026, he served at DNA-People’s Legal Services, including as Senior Arizona Attorney, where he helped develop DNA’s consumer bankruptcy and debt-counseling practice.
